Executive Coaching

My approach to coaching is to create space and time for leaders to reflect and explore their current reality, and to encourage them to see new perspectives and possibilities. Leaders don’t want to be told what to do, be given “homework”, or be judged. They need to be heard, “lay their thoughts out”, and be allowed to discover their own solutions. My coaching is challenging, confidential, and supportive to help you to achieve your goals and aspirations.

I work face to face, or over Zoom or Teams which allows flexibility to fit in with your schedule. I strongly believe in my client’s “autonomy and personal accountability” so I follow your lead. It’s not in my interest to sell you a package solution. My working practice is bespoke in nature, I don’t tie you into a set number of sessions, we will review and discuss progress as we go and move at a pace that works for you.
