Fundamentally my aim is to help create happier more successful work place environments. My philosophy is that positive change comes from listening, meaningful conversation and focused action. By encouraging new and more open ways of thinking, I challenge executives and their teams to use their collective strengths and skills to optimise performance and achieve their goals together.

I trained both as an Executive Coach & Therapeutic Counsellor. I specialise in Leadership Development with a therapeutic edge. As a trainer and facilitator, my focus is on helping leaders and their teams to work in ways that are productive, energising and rewarding. Integrating my training as a Therapeutic Counsellor within my executive coaching encourages healthy working relationships borne from a foundation of empathy, respect and positive intent.
