Developing Managers

The world of work is continually evolving, so the need to shift how we lead and manage must also adapt. The focus now is less on the individual and more on teams of people getting things done together. The days of the “Manager knows best” and telling you what to do is over. If you’re a leader you need to discover how to inspire, engage and enable your team, and then trust them to deliver.

Easier said than done because this requires doing things differently. This is where I can help through education, coaching, and enabling groups to be truly remarkable. Today’s top Management Skills are:

My design principle is simple, keep it content lite and learning rich. Theories, models and frameworks are fine but solving real work issues, interacting with peers and challenging perspectives are far more powerful. Resulting in accelerated self-generated learning and behaviour change.
